Velocitality is a rapidly growing recruiting company specializing in restaurants and hospitality. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to run restaurants in the Memphis Tennessee area. 

Salary range is 80k-90k per year. Robust bonus plan and great benefits. 

As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations within a designated district. You will be a key leader in our organization, working closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers and support staff within your designated district

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals for your district

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

- Ensure that all restaurants within your district are operating in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations

- Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and ensure food safety and brand standards are being met

- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness

- Collaborate with the training department to ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development

- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvements and innovations within the district

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a district or multi-unit management role in the fast food or fast casual restaurant industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed

- Willingness to travel within the designated district and occasionally to other locations as required
