1.Wash, polish, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, silverware, platters, and chafing dishes.
- Operate, clean, and maintain the dish machine after each meal period.
- Inspect trash and dish areas to prevent loss of silverware, dishes, and glassware.
- Clean and sanitize food production, holding, serving, receiving, storage, and trash areas.
- Wash stainless surfaces, shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee areas, refrigerators, walk-ins, coolers, freezers, and storerooms.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
- Assist with receiving, storing, distributing, and putting away food, beverage, and kitchen supplies.
- Support kitchen operations with light food preparation and other duties as assigned.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and security practices at all times.
High school education or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Communicates well and works cooperatively as part of a team.
