Expectations of a Dishwasher/Utility Team Member:

• Maintain excellence in food safety and cleanliness with the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes.
• Keep dishes organized and put away neatly and clean in the areas they belong.
• Prevent cross contamination between dishes that contact raw chicken and those that don''t.
• Assist kitchen team members in sweeping floors.
• Keep trash cans from overflowing and take trash bags outside to the trash and recycling area.
• Help kitchen team with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Display a cheerful and positive attitude.
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Lift objects up to 50 lbs., when necessary.
