Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily academy operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
• Lead, mentor, and manage faculty and staff to drive performance and professional growth
• Develop and implement curriculum standards, educational programs, and school policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, families, and the local community
• Monitor student enrollment, retention, and academic progress to meet institutional goals
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and regulations
• Manage budgets, resources, and administrative functions to support academy success

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Prior experience in a Director, Assistant Director, or school leadership role
• Knowledge of Georgia childcare licensing regulations and educational compliance standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational workflows
• Passion for child development, education, and community engagement
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
