Support securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes, including asset-backed securities (esoteric ABS), CLOs, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), and other structured credit products
Advise on CLO transactions, including warehouse facilities, new issuances, refinancings, resets, amendments, and ongoing deal management matters
Support a growing Structured Finance group, partnering with senior business leaders daily.
