xe2x80xa2 Envision the culture needed to mentor, shape and build a build a bestxe2x80x91inxe2x80x91class inxe2x80x91house social media support team.
xe2x80xa2 Roll up your sleeves when neededxe2x80x94contributing directly to projects to ensure team and organizational success.
xe2x80xa2 Ensure all content strengthens institutional reputation, builds emotional connection, and reflects UCLA Healthxe2x80x99s brand pillars and strategic goals.
xe2x80xa2 Collaborate closely with creatives to align storytelling, visuals, and formats with brand standards.
xe2x80xa2 Oversee social media strategy for both UCLA Health and the David Geffen School of Medicine, ensuring a unified identity and voice across all channels.
xe2x80xa2 Lead community management efforts to both grow engaged followers and fans and respond effectively to emerging issues or crises.
xe2x80xa2 Partner with Communications leadership to manage risk, ensure accuracy and safety, and protect the institutionxe2x80x99s reputation.
xe2x80xa2 Establish workflows, systems, and collaborative practices that support immediate needs and longxe2x80x91term organizational growth.
xe2x80xa2 Engage stakeholders with clarity, diplomacy, and a problemxe2x80x91solving mindset.
