    Overview:

    Overview

    Directs and oversees the efficient and effective operations for a large number (11 or more) of ambulatory practices, hospital based practices, and/or diagnostic facilities. Supervises Practice Managers and Team Coordinators assigned to one or more practices. Develops and executes a strategic plan that aligns with the organizational objectives related to staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety and security.

    Education

    • Bachelor level degree preferred.

    • Associate degree required and 10 years leadership experience in lieu of Bachelor Degree.

    • RN license if applicable.

    Experience

    • 10 years of diverse management experience/knowledge required, preferably in areas such as ambulatory healthcare administration, managed-care, change management or other relevant experience.

    • Consideration given to Administrative Residency experience and internal interim leadership.
