Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Physician/Medical Director to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and outcomes by providing high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized healthcare services. The successful candidate will not only act as a Family Physician but also take the role of a Medical Director, overseeing the overall medical operations and ensuring the delivery of top-notch medical services. This is a full-time permanent role that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to a diverse population of patients, including preventative care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
2. Conduct routine check-ups and physicals to monitor patients' health.
3. Develop and implement patient care plans, maintain health records, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to patient care.
4. Diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues, referring patients to specialists as necessary.
5. Act as a Medical Director, overseeing the medical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services.
6. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and protocols reflecting current best practices.
7. Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
8. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the medical field.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
2. Current and valid medical license in the state of practice.
3. Board-certified in Family Medicine.
4. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Family Physician, with experience in preventative care, chronic disease management, and physicals.
5. Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Medical Director.
6. Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions.
9. Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
10. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
