Job Details

We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution for a growing multi-site healthcare organization.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will lead and develop a team of four while overseeing an approximately $3M annual marketing budget. The Director will own marketing strategy across digital advertising, brand awareness, community outreach, analytics, vendor management, and new-market growth.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate solely at the strategic level. The ideal candidate can set the direction for the department while remaining close enough to the work to evaluate campaign performance, challenge vendors, improve processes, mentor the team, and ensure marketing investments are producing measurable business results.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with patient-volume and company growth goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing marketing team
  • Establish scalable processes, workflows, KPIs, and accountability across the department
  • Own approximately $3M annual marketing budget and optimize allocation based on performance
  • Lead paid digital strategy across search, social, display, programmatic, and geo-targeted campaigns
  • Oversee SEO, social media, brand awareness, and digital acquisition initiatives
  • Manage agencies, media partners, and other external vendors
  • Track ROI, cost per acquisition, campaign performance, and other marketing KPIs
  • Develop reporting and present results and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Partner with local operations on grassroots marketing, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach
  • Support marketing strategy for new facility openings and market expansion
  • Oversee brand standards and marketing collateral across multiple locations
  • Improve CRM, referral tracking, reporting, and marketing automation capabilities
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and geographic/ZIP-code analysis
  • Partner directly with the CEO and confidently provide recommendations, alternative perspectives, and appropriate pushback

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • 2+ years directly leading and developing a marketing team
  • Strong paid digital advertising experience across search, social, and/or display
  • Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets and measuring ROI
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, digital acquisition, and brand strategy
  • Experience with grassroots/community-based marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate marketing data into business decisions
  • Experience managing agencies and external vendors
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Multi-site healthcare, healthcare services, franchise, or other multi-location consumer/service experience strongly preferred
  • CRM experience; Zoho or similar platforms a plus
  • Ability to travel periodically between Texas markets
