With a rich history deeply rooted across the Midwest and Southwest, this general contracting powerhouse has become synonymous with excellence, earning the trust of esteemed institutions, major AZ companies, and visionary developers.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelops new market initiatives, assesses new markets and analyzes business opportunities.Works with marketing and/or construction groups to align with KA's growth strategy.Identifies potential business partners and/or customers, develops strategic relationships.Collaborate with KA teams to identify business partners and nurture and develop relationships.Develops annual marketing and business development plansAssist in developing key account management plansPrepares annual marketing budgetAssists in proposal and interview process and strategy.Performs other duties as assigned.Active in related trade associations.The Successful ApplicantRequired Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations or related coursework.Minimum seven years related experience. Construction Industry preferred.Understanding of construction delivery models preferredExperience in the commercial real estate development process including entitlement and financial resources preferredExperience in early project planning including defining scope, schedule and budget preferredDemonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goalsAbility to maintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresAbility to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and othersCreative problem solving and collaboration skillsExperience work with customer relationship management (CRM) SystemsWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.All-in package $240k+.Comprehensive executive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a generous 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.Annual performance-based bonuses and incentives, with the potential to earn up to 30% of your base salary.Continuous learning and professional development programs, including executive coaching and leadership training.Relocation assistance for qualified candidates.Company vehicle and allowances for work-related expenses.
