With a rich history deeply rooted across the Midwest and Southwest, this general contracting powerhouse has become synonymous with excellence, earning the trust of esteemed institutions, major AZ companies, and visionary developers.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelops new market initiatives, assesses new markets and analyzes business opportunities.Works with marketing and/or construction groups to align with KA's growth strategy.Identifies potential business partners and/or customers, develops strategic relationships.Collaborate with KA teams to identify business partners and nurture and develop relationships.Develops annual marketing and business development plansAssist in developing key account management plansPrepares annual marketing budgetAssists in proposal and interview process and strategy.Performs other duties as assigned.Active in related trade associations.The Successful ApplicantRequired Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations or related coursework.Minimum seven years related experience.
