Franklin Woods is seeking a Full Time Assistant Dining Services Director to join their team!

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Dining Services Director is accountable for the quality of food served within the nursing center and for patient/family satisfaction. This individual assists in providing technical guidance and administrative direction over food planning, menu, and serving of meals, and in the oversight and training of staff.

*Investigates trends and developments in dietary practices and techniques and evaluates their adaptability to dietary programs.
*Adheres to all sanitary and food safety regulations governing handling and serving of food.
*Monitors meal preparation and ensures meals are served on schedule.
*Manages the tray line/meal distribution to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
*Develops, revises, and adapts work techniques and methods for more efficient operation.
Qualifications:
*Certification in accordance with regulatory agencies governing the nursing center.
*Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation.
*Must be ServSafe certified.

Posted Salary Range: USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
