Manage multiple affordable housing development projects through various stages of planning, financing, approvals, and execution. Coordinate with city, state, and government agencies throughout the development and entitlement process. Navigate affordable housing funding programs, financing structures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal development leadership, consultants, lenders, agencies, and other project stakeholders. Drive entitlement, permitting, financing, and approval processes to maintain project milestones. Support projects as they transition from predevelopment into construction. Track project deliverables, schedules, approvals, and outstanding development requirements. Work directly with senior development leadership on a growing pipeline of Greater Boston affordable housing projects.

A successful Development Project Manager should have: at least 5 years of affordable housing development experience. Affordable housing development experience in Massachusetts or Boston is required. Strong understanding of affordable housing programs, funding structures, and financing processes. Experience working with the agencies and government entities involved in Massachusetts affordable housing development. Knowledge of entitlements, approvals, permitting, and other complex development processes. Ability to effectively coordinate with public agencies, consultants, community stakeholders, and internal project teams. Experience managing multiple development projects or workstreams simultaneously.
