Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Test Data Management solutions, including data masking, provisioning, virtualization, and automation to support enterprise testing needs.

Rate Range: $50/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and maintain Test Data Management (TDM) solutions using Broadcom CA TDM and Javelin tools.

• Develop and execute data masking, synthetic data generation, and data subsetting strategies to ensure compliance and data security.

• Manage end-to-end test data provisioning, virtualization, cloning, and self-service capabilities for testing teams.

• Automate test data workflows through REST APIs and integrates TDM processes with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess test data requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.

• Monitor and optimize test data lifecycle processes, ensuring data availability, performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM), with a strong focus on enterprise-scale data management solutions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Broadcom CA TDM (TDM Portal, Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, Data Subsetting) and Javelin workflow design.

• Strong expertise in test data provisioning, data virtualization, data masking, synthetic data generation, and REST API-based automation.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
