Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions and service requests
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Process endorsements and policy changes
- Support our account managers and sales team
- Provide excellent client experience
Requirements
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to fulfill client-focused responsibilities
- Ability to assess and maintain high standards of Customer Satisfaction
- Proficient in managing relationships and delivering excellent Customer Service as a Customer Service Representative
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of insurance and financial products is preferred but not required.
- Multi-lingual skills (e.g., English, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish) are a significant advantage
- Ability to work on-site at our San Jose, CA office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
