Member Services Representative (Bilingual Tagalog) – Call Center

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $28.61/hour

Summaries and Responsibilities

If you’re an experienced Member Services Representative who’s fluent in Tagalog and English, this is a high-impact onsite role supporting members with benefits, eligibility, authorizations, pharmacy questions, and health plan navigation. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and written communications while delivering excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and first-call resolution whenever possible. This Member Services Representative position is ideal for candidates with healthcare call center, insurance, or managed care experience who enjoy solving problems and helping people.

Bilingual Tagalog/English required

Responsibilities 

Answer high-volume inbound/outbound calls and respond to email, chat, fax, and letter inquiries
Identify caller needs, clarify information, research issues across multiple systems, and provide solutions/next steps
Support questions related to plan benefits, eligibility, authorizations, pharmacy benefits, and claims status
De-escalate difficult calls with empathy and professionalism
Document every interaction accurately in a CRM/electronic database (call notes, dispositions, follow-ups)
Coordinate with internal departments (claims, enrollment, authorizations, pharmacy, appeals/grievances) to resolve issues
Educate members on self-service tools such as member portals and online resources
Meet performance targets for quality, compliance, efficiency, attendance, and member satisfaction
