Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of Customer Service, Administrative, or Operations experience
• Customer inquiry and issue resolution
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
• RMA / Product Returns processing
• Documentation and record management
• Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience
• Quality systems/GMP/FDA environment

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain customer records
• Process RMAs and support product return activities
• Pull ERP reports and organize customer/product/shipment data
• Prepare and ship Field Action notification packages
• Track customer responses and maintain documentation
• Support quality compliance, continuous improvement, and special projects
