Customer Service Representative - Health Plan

Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Health Plan for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Under the general supervision of a Manager, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Responsibilities include: assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding; Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information.
• Additional responsibilities include: maintain accurate documentation of customer contact, communicate effectively with customers, maintain confidentiality, and maintain good working relationship with co-workers.

Requirements:

• Looking for talent with a strong background in Customer Service with preference given to those that have experience working in a call center or the health insurance industry. The main duties will be answering phone inquiries related to Premium Billing, Claims, Benefits, and Eligibility. Strong communication and computer skills are also required.
• Standard computer programs used in the department: Epic.
• A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required.
