The Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls from state employees and retirees regarding 2027 Open Enrollment, providing clear and professional assistance with benefits-related questions, enrollment information, and general program guidance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center/customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Ability to explain information clearly and accurately
Preferred:
- Previous Open Enrollment, benefits, insurance, or HR-related experience
