About the Role:
Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Scott Tatro as a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant in Akron, OH. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting clients with exceptional service. Be a key player in a team that values integrity and customer satisfaction! This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries and policy changes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Process insurance applications and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Provide support in resolving customer issues and answering product-related questions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized filing system and update client databases regularly.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and products.
- Being a dependable/reliable person who understands work ethic
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
