Role Overview
The Customer Relations Associate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships on a part-time basis. This remote position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a customer-centric environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, relationship management, and support.
Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and ensure their queries are resolved effectively.
- Engage with clients to provide timely and professional support.
- Educate clients on financial products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM systems for effective customer relationship management and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of customer service without the need for cold calling or door knocking.
Key Performance Objectives (OKRs)
- Deliver a satisfaction rate of 90% in customer feedback surveys.
- Achieve a monthly customer retention rate of 95%.
- Identify and action two new sales opportunities per quarter to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure CRM data is 100% up-to-date to facilitate prompt communication and service delivery.

- High client persistency.
- Ability to duplicate and scale systems.
- CRM accuracy and data completeness.
- Ability to respond to questions and resolve issues quickly .
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and live in the U.S.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is preferred.
- Must have computer with webcam and reliable internet.
- Life Producer license within two weeks of onboarding.
