Position Summary:- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to residential accounts, billing, and service support.
- Assist customers with high bill inquiries, billing reconciliation, and electric rate explanations.
- Provide resolution to customer issues while ensuring strong customer experience focus.
- Perform multitasking across systems and screens during live customer interactions.
- Work as part of the Customer Account Management team supporting residential customers.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience (in-person or call center).
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
- Ability to multitask between systems during customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
