Job Title: Customer Account Specialist I
Job Location: Richmond, VA 23231
Job Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Position Summary:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to residential accounts, billing, and service support.
  • Assist customers with high bill inquiries, billing reconciliation, and electric rate explanations.
  • Provide resolution to customer issues while ensuring strong customer experience focus.
  • Perform multitasking across systems and screens during live customer interactions.
  • Work as part of the Customer Account Management team supporting residential customers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience (in-person or call center).
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
  • Ability to multitask between systems during customer interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
