Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $127.30

What You'll Do

• Manage admissions, consults, and patient care within the ICU setting
• Monitor and coordinate care for critically ill patients
• Perform procedures such as central and arterial line placements (preferred but not required)
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Utilize Cerner EMR to chart and update patient records
• Cover night shifts, ensuring continuous patient care

What You Need

• Current WV or eligible IMLC license or eligible for licensing
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care or ICU
• At least 2 years of ICU or critical care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities

This ICU Nurse Practitioner role is based in a leading hospital in Morgantown, WV. The unit covers admissions and consults with an average daily census of 12-16 patients. The facility offers a collaborative work environment, with in-house anesthesia support and modern Cerner EMR.
