Criminal Justice Case Manager (Pretrial Services)

Conduct intake and orientation with individuals placed on pretrial supervision.

Explain court-ordered conditions and ensure individuals understand their responsibilities.

Monitor compliance with court - ordered conditions, including reporting requirements or treatment participation, when applicable.

Maintain regular contact through office visits, phone calls text messages.

Provide court date reminders and work with individuals to reduce missed court appearances.

Assess individual needs and refer individuals to community resources, including mental health, substance use treatment, housing, employment, and other supportive services.

Maintain accurate and timely case notes, reports, and documentation in the case management system.
