Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, product management, and cross-team dependency management and a proven ability to lead onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality software products. Time zone is negotiable.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain business requirements, work plans, and high-level flow diagrams, revising as needed.
  • Define, plan, and implement goals and milestones for application development, Agile/Kanban sprints, and system projects.
  • Oversee analysis, design, execution, and metrics using JIRA, Confluence, and dashboards in DataDog, Tableau, or Adobe.
  • Apply technical planning fluency with Swagger, sequence diagrams, and Postman to validate assumptions and impacts.
  • Ensure all project and product documents are complete, current, and stored in JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of an onshore scrum team and track or unblock dependencies across 5-6 partner teams.
  • Oversee offshore Product Owner and Scrum Master and support defect management and resolution.
  • Review team deliverables prior to handoff to line of business and stakeholders.
  • Apply U.S. Bank process methodology and manage engagement with ISS, Risk, and Fraud while enforcing product standards.
  • Support QA lead with use cases, test cases, and results to ensure quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product or project management delivering software products in an Agile SDLC environment, including SAFe and Kanban.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong technical fluency with web services/APIs, microservices, data stores, integrations, and cloud concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, and creation of sequence diagrams.
  • Experience with QA/test strategy, CI/CD, release management, and production support practices.
  • Ability to define and measure success using KPIs or OKRs and analytics tools such as DataDog, Tableau, or Adobe.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive alignment across competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of AI or GenAI in software delivery, including approved tool usage, limitations, and validation approaches.
  • Experience operating within technology governance frameworks and partnering with Security or Compliance.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or CPM certification.
  • Authentication domain experience.
  • Experience with SAFe, Agile product management, and multi-team coordination.
