Cosmetology Instructor

Inspire the next generation of beauty professionals by joining the fastest growing team of beauty visionaries as a Cosmetology Educator or Cosmetology Educator Intern with Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute- Charlotte! 

Key responsibilities:

• Provide on-going recognition, support, and motivation to students
• Coach students to meet service and retail goals utilizing Aveda teaching methods
• Maintain clinic/classroom sanitation
• Address student challenges
• Participate in instructor meetings

Minimum Requirements:

• Cosmetology License Required- Instructors license *not* required
• Aveda product knowledge/ experience preferred
• Aveda experience preferred
• 2-5+ years behind the chair
• Strong presentation & communications skills 
• Experience training and coaching
• Passionate about learning and teaching
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
