Corrugated Packaging Sales Rep

We are recruiting for a full-time, hybrid Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina. This opportunity is within the corrugated packaging industry and requires 50% or more travel. We need a proven hunter who can develop new business and grow customer relationships throughout North Carolina.

The position offers a base salary plus commission. Relocation assistance to Charlotte is available for a qualified candidate with an existing book of business that includes North Carolina.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.

• Grow existing accounts by uncovering additional packaging needs and revenue opportunities.

• Recommend corrugated packaging solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and cost control.

• Build relationships with customer decision-makers through regular communication and onsite support.

• Develop territory strategies focused on sustainable revenue growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support solution development, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.

What You’ll Bring

• B2B sales experience specifically within the corrugated packaging industry.

• An established book of business or customer network that includes North Carolina.

• A hunter mentality and demonstrated ability to generate and close new opportunities.

• Documented sales success and a consistent record of revenue growth.

• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

• Ability to work independently in a travel-intensive sales position.
