Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Human Resources Department as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at our state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio! This position will be responsible for the oversight of all company recruitment & selection functions and job placement. Additionally, this role will ensure candidates are a positive company culture and job specific fit. This position reports directly to the Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsibilities
Responsible for full scope recruitment efforts (from initial sourcing, screening and testing, conducting background checks to offer acceptance, on-boarding and orientation) for all assigned positions
Execute recruitment and sourcing activities, including but not limited to direct sourcing, job fairs, schools, trade and industry networking, advertisements, internet posting, social media, active resume database searches, employee referrals, and outreach to appropriate organizations
Prescreen and schedule all potential candidates (program and company fit, salary expectations, eligibility, etc.)
Evaluates applicants, conducts interviews and schedules interviews with hiring managers
Enter, track and update all candidate correspondence in the Recruitment module of the HRIS to ensure accurate reporting and policy compliance with regulations and company policies
Establish and maintain recruitment metrics
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment plans and employee development programs
Create and maintain current job descriptions
Data entry of new hires, employee discipline, employee status changes into HRIS
Support the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, such as policies and procedures and HRIS improvements
Coordinate and attend industry expos, campus visits and university recruitment events
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; 2–4 years of direct recruitment or talent acquisition experience required. Prior experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes is strongly preferred. General HR experience may be considered if it includes a significant focus on recruiting. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
