You will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and filing legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files, coordinating execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation.
