Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities:

• Stay on top of weekly updates from all groups within Legal and NA Legal & Compliance teams.
• Prepare and write weekly reports in Korean for management on key topics.
• Legal analysis, research, and issue spotting on key issues.
• A tech background would be a plus; a self-starter who is efficient and motivated to work and learn about upcoming 5G and AI, and has an interest in overall technology.
• Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking).
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for businesses.
• Summarize cases and their application.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• 5+ years of legal experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations.
• Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking).
