Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join a mid-size Corporation in the West Metro. This is a temporary, part-time (20-30hrs/week) opportunity with a mostly remote work model. This engagement is anticipated to last 3+ months with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the organization and maintenance of corporate records and business documentation.
    • Support ongoing business compliance activities, including renewals, filings, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate and manage administrative processes related to entity maintenance and corporate governance.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is current and properly filed.
    • Provide general administrative support for legal, compliance, and business operations functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant in corporate law.
  • Prior experience assisting with corporate records.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
