    Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions.

    Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.

    Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.

    The expected pay range for this position is:

    $310,000 to $390,000

    Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.  Additional voluntary programs include:  voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance.  Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
