Job Details

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our corporate practice.

Responsibilities & Experience
The successful candidate will have a strong general corporate transactional background, with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

Equity financings

Joint ventures

Technology transactions

Outside general counsel work

Strong experience drafting and reviewing corporate documentation is required.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant corporate transactional experience.

Strong general corporate law background.

Excellent academic credentials.

Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, adaptability, and resourcefulness.

Compensation
The anticipated annual base compensation range for this position is $230,000–$350,000, depending on factors including the selected candidate's qualifications and years of relevant experience.

Associates who meet minimum performance standards, including billing at least 1,900 hours, can reasonably expect total compensation of approximately $380,000–$475,000, consisting of base salary plus a discretionary bonus. The discretionary bonus may increase based on the number of hours billed and collected in excess of 1,900 hours.

Additional compensation may also be available for work originated by the associate.
