Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
Support domestic and cross‑border transactions, including entity formation, governance, and restructuring
Advise clients on international business matters involving U.S. and European interests
Work directly with clients, partners, and senior attorneys on sophisticated legal matters
Assist with due diligence, risk analysis, and deal execution
Collaborate closely with a lean, high‑performing legal team on complex matters


Qualifications:

JD from an accredited U.S. law school
Admitted to practice in Florida preferred
2–6 years of experience in corporate / transactional law
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required
Experience with international transactions or cross‑border clients strongly preferred
Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
Interest in working in a boutique firm environment with early responsibility and client exposure
