This individual will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities for the Controller:

• 
  
• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities
• 
  
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• 
  
• Oversee monthly close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• 
  
• Review payroll postings and related accounting entries
• 
  
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• 
  
• Reconcile transactions from multiple sales channels and e-commerce platforms
• 
  
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury-related activities
• 
  
• Analyze inventory and collaborate with purchasing and operations teams
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
• 
  
• Coordinate year-end reporting and work with external auditors and advisors
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
• 
  

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 
  
• Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar accounting leadership role
• 
  
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is a plus
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls
• 
  
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leadership teams
•
