Accounting Manager
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll
• 
  
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting
• 
  
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
• 
  
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• 
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
•
