Effectively managing assigned requisitions while successfully meeting James Hardie recruitment SLAs
Six (6) Months:
Advanced knowledge of James Hardies EVP and recruitment processes
Implementation of diversity recruitment strategies to support the organization's BIPOC recruitment efforts
Consistently earn positive feedback on quality of recruitment/interview experience from candidates and internal stakeholders
One (1) year:
Expert knowledge of James Hardies EVP and recruitment processes
Support James Hardie by sharing, designing and implementing creative recruitment strategies and process improvements
Successfully complete performance-based hiring certification
