Location: Vacaville, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $70–$90/hr W2

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support large-scale CAPEX projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will oversee contract administration, commercial risk, claims management, and contractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts from award through project closeout.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contract changes, claims, and disputes.
• Develop contract strategies and mitigate commercial risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Monitor contract performance, compliance, and project commercial outcomes.
• Support supplier and contractor relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Legal, or a related field.
• 10+ years of contract/commercial management experience on large CAPEX construction projects.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM contractors and contract negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims, and commercial risk management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or other regulated industries is a plus.
