Role will focus on broad based business immigration matters, including: Adjustment of Status, RFEs, IV & NIV matters. Role anticipated to go through end of year with opportunity for extension.

• Reviewing Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases
• Broad based business immigration work (IV, NIV)

Profile

• JD or LL.M. from US law school
• Admission to US State Bar
• Immediate availability
• Experience reviewing cases, particularly AOS (adjustment of status cases)
• Experience with IV/NIV and RFE matters helpful
