About the Role:

Revelwood is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to drive our lead generation and brand awareness activities across our US and UK business.. Whether you are a recent graduate with a strong portfolio or a seasoned professional re-entering the workforce, we are looking for a creative powerhouse who is fully up to speed on the latest B2B marketing tools, techniques, and trends.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing campaigns, working closely with our sales team to generate high-quality leads. We are looking for someone who has strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring different teams together to maximise new marketing initiatives. Your knowledge and experience in leveraging modern AI tools to multiply your output and efficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Develop compelling, thought-provoking content that positions Revelwood as an industry leader. Write and produce case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and customer success stories.

• Video Development & Production: Script, produce, and edit engaging video content for our website, social media, and digital campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.

• Visual & Brand Identity: Act as the guardian of the Revelwood brand. Ensure a cohesive, modern, and highly professional visual identity across all platforms, materials, and digital touchpoints.

• Digital Advertising & B2B Social Media: Manage and execute B2B social media strategies (primarily LinkedIn) and digital advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and capture leads.

• Sales Alignment & Campaign Execution: Collaborate tightly with the sales team to design and execute highly targeted marketing campaigns that support the sales pipeline and drive revenue.

• AI & Marketing Tech Mastery: Utilize the latest AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Canva, etc.) and marketing automation platforms to streamline content creation, optimize campaigns, and maximize your overall effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Open. You could be a recent graduate with a stellar portfolio of marketing projects or a veteran marketer returning to the workforce. What matters most is your current skillset.

• Industry Understanding: Experience in or a strong understanding of our industry-specifically solutions for the Office of Finance, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), or enterprise performance management (EPM).

• Modern Marketer: You are obsessed with the latest marketing trends and know how to leverage those trends into driving results.

• AI-Empowered: You embrace Artificial Intelligence as a tool to make you faster, more creative, and highly leveraged.

• Design & Visual Eye: You have a strong aesthetic sense and know what a great B2B brand should look like.

• Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using modern CRM, marketing automation, video editing, and design software. Experience with HubSpot, Apollo WordPress, Zoom Webinars and Canva are a plus.

• Results-Driven: You understand that the ultimate goal of marketing is lead generation and business growth.

Compensation & Perks:

• OTE: $70K-$110K total Comp. Note: Actual compensation will be based on factors such as previous experience, location, performance and results.

• Location: NY/NJ office hybrid preferred but will consider U.S. East Coast based remote for the right candidate.
