Work Experience7+ years of progressive experience in a construction management environmentRequired experience on federal or public works projects-particularly FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, or U.S. Army Corps of EngineersExperience with structural steel buildings, asphalt paving, sitework, utilities, and MEP's preferred Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of construction, tenant improvements, repairs/alterations, civil work, and utilitiesAbility to work in a high-production environmentDemonstrated decision-making skillsExcellent leadership, supervisory, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Familiarity with BuilderTrend or other construction software preferredExperience & proficiency with CPM project scheduling such as Primavera P6.

West Point Contractors is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful execution of varied federal construction projects across the West Coast. This role carries full responsibility for project direction, schedule performance, cost control, and overall financial outcomes. Travel of 25%+ is expected.We are looking for a seasoned professional with proven experience delivering Federal Government projects, ideally within all construction aspects.
