HVAC Foreman

Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay: $35.00–$38.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation crews in the Tucson area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and productive job site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects.
• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Install, troubleshoot, and oversee HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Train, mentor, and develop technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure all work meets local building codes and company quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Complete job documentation and maintain accurate project records.
• Manage tools, equipment, and job site materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Previous experience leading crews or serving as a foreman preferred.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor Arizona weather conditions.
