Description
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and owners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Track project schedules and support efforts to maintain budget and timeline objectives.
- Participate in construction meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts and assist with issue resolution.
- Support procurement and material tracking activities to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining accurate cost and schedule reporting.
- Contribute to quality control and safety initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform site visits and field coordination duties as required to support construction operations.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar construction management role.
- Experience working on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
- Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, project documentation, and cost control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Local knowledge of the Denver Metro construction market is preferred but not required.
