We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Superintendent (BTR) Construction for our rapidly growing team. This position is designed for a dynamic and energetic individual with a strong background in ground-up construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Superintendent (BTR) Construction, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, including project planning, design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget management.
2. Coordinating with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
3. Ensuring all construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
4. Implementing comprehensive safety and quality control programs.
5. Supervising and mentoring construction staff, including providing on-the-job training.
6. Resolving any issues, problems, or delays that occur on the job site.
7. Ensuring all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
9. Managing and mitigating project risks and issues, while ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Superintendent (BTR) Construction, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up construction.
3. Proven experience in managing all stages of the construction project life cycle.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in using construction management software and other industry-related technologies.
9. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines on large-scale construction projects.
11. Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be considered an asset.
