    Description

    Condo Doc Specialist is responsible for accurately gathering all condominium project documentation and assist in rendering a decision based on salability to the applicable Agency and UHM guidelines.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist Jr. and Sr. Processors with follow up and ordering required condo documentation
    • Order required secondary condo documents as requested by Collateral Condo Underwriter within 24 hours
    • Submit secondary condo documentation within 24 hours of receipt
    • Follow up on status of requested secondary condo documentation within 48 hours of request
    • Follow up on status of condo appraisal revisions with 48 hours of request
    • Retrieve and upload revised appraisals for Mercury portal within 24 hours
    • Assist with answering status email tickets via UHM Power Help Desk (PHD)

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field.
    • Knowledge/Experience in the review of property types, appraisal reviews and financial statements.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Strong attention to organization, detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel and loan origination systems
    • Demonstrate highest level of professionalism and customer service
    • Effective interpersonal skills and technical report writing skills
    • Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional Agency loans
    • Displays strong work ethic.
