Brookside Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead Heatherstone, a stable 91-unit apartment community in Louisville, KY. The community is fully staffed, giving you the support you need to focus on managing the property, serving residents, and maintaining a strong community - not constantly putting out staffing fires.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily property operations and maintain a strong resident experience
• Oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations and collections
• Monitor occupancy and leasing activity
• Manage property budgets, expenses and reporting
• Support and lead the on-site team
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep the community operating at a high standard
• Maintain compliance with company policies and housing requirements
• Build positive relationships with residents and create a welcoming community
• Communicate with ownership, vendors and Brookside's support teams as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Previous Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and lead a team
• Comfortable with leasing, resident relations, collections and property operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Entrata experience is a plus
• A customer-focused approach and a commitment to maintaining a great community
