Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at The Fitzroy, a well-maintained 85-unit apartment community located just minutes from downtown Louisville.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of the apartment community
• Lead and support onsite office and maintenance staff
• Drive occupancy and execute leasing strategies
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage the community budget and operating expenses
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
• Maintain strong resident relationships and satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve property performance and resident experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with Entrata preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
