    Role: Communications Specialist - People & Culture

    Key Responsibilities and Duties: 
    • Draft effective and engaging employee communications for HUB articles, staff emails, and intranet content.
    • Support People & Culture departmental and divisional communication efforts.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, accessible content for employees.
    • Assist in updating and maintaining HUB pages to improve navigation, accessibility, and content freshness.
    • Create or update visuals, layouts, and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Canva to support clear communication and match  client's brand.
    • Be comfortable working with intranet tools, content management systems, and basic graphic design software.

    Required Skills and Qualifications: 
    • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and plain language.
    • Ability to create or update visuals, layouts, and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Canva.
    • Comfortable working with intranet tools/content management systems to post and update content.
    • Basic understanding of graphic design and accessibility best practices.
    • Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams). 
    Desired: Background in HR

    Location: Downtown Seattle/Hybrid- can work partly remote.
    Pay: $39.05 per hour
    M-F :40 hours per week
    Duration of Assignment: 6 months
        Start Date: 11/20/2025
        End Date:  5/22/2026
