Key Responsibilities for theHR Specialist Role:

• Process and track invoices related to HR, recruiting, and employee programs.

• Post and manage job openings across multiple recruiting platforms and internal systems.
• 
  
• Coordinate candidate and hiring manager schedules, interviews, and recruiting-related communications.
• 
  
• Manage new hire and employee paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely processing within HR systems.
• 
  
• Administer and track annual performance reviews, including follow-up communications, deadlines, and system updates.
• 
  

Qualifications for the HR Specialist:

• 
  
• 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, HR administration, or related experience.
• 
  
• Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or other HR software.
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
