    • Enters referral data into the CRM, accurately updates contact records, and communicates best practices to agents.
    • Promptly responds to new client and partner inquiries, and follows up as necessary.
    • Compiles weekly portal update reminder lists to email to agents, organizes and manages client/agent update lists.
    • Answers inbound calls to the main office line and directs them to the appropriate party.
    • Relays general inbound emails to appropriate parties and provides supporting information as applicable.
    • Assists with onboarding and agent release tasks, including but not limited to: expanding coverage areas in partner portals, adding new agents to coverage maps, managing dialing software, and updating agent records in the CRM and partner portal.
    • Ensures that all data-entry and communications tasks outlined above are done with accuracy and high attention to detail, in a time-efficient manner.
    • Maintains a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous attitude when working with clients, agents, and partners.
    • Evolves in this communications role as business operations expand and technical automation and referral processes develop.
    • Engages in continuous professional development and collaborates within the JMG operations team as a necessary element of the role and key to overall success in concert with company goals.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of two (2) years of coordination experience in communications, public relations, or a related role
    • Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for a degree
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation
    • Strong Communications skills and customer service background
    • Familiarity with media relations and press release writing
    • Team player and problem solver with a can-do attitude
    • Detail-oriented, organized and efficient
    • Openness to learning and growth, ability to adapt and take on new challenges
    • Proficiency with spreadsheet use and management, Google office suite, and Gmail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
    • Polished and professional demeanor

    Knowledge

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
