Commercial Roofing Sales Advisor

They are in need of an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Advisor. Their award winning, and highly skilled leadership team takes pride in their employees. Job Responsibilities:

• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business while servicing existing clients.
• Effectively demonstrate product line, benefits, and necessities and meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
• Cultivate and build a stream of prospective new commercial business by actively seeking out and self-generating leads.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track KPI's, manage customer information and generate reports.
• Conduct sales presentations and product knowledge demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop B2B sales strategies and achieve projected sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B commercial roofing sales experience
• Must have familiarity with both low slope and steep slope roofing systems: Single Ply, Mod Bit, Shingle, Tile, Metal.
• Ability to nurture and grow existing client base.
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
• Excellent time management skills.

Position Benefits:
